Today we heard that John van Geytenbeek died during his dragrace run in Drachten. We left before the accident happened. Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Drachten Internationals Dragrace

Saturday qualification day. Hot day with no problems on the track so a lot of racing. The 1/4 mile track has a limit for max 7sec.cars, everything that's faster will have problems at the end of the track, it's just too short.
