24th Stomp @ Speyer

The Long Tall Texans was big fun. Mad Sin was disappointing. The Coffin Nails were a policeman short of the Village People. Demented Are Go just ruled and even played new songs from their upcoming album. Batmobile absolutely nailed it spot on both musically and visually!
So far the short report from the 24th Satanic Stomp, the easter weekend psychobilly festival in Speyer (D). We'll get back to our bike projects now, just doing small jobs here and there. Nothing special but when all parts combine in a few weeks, it'll be totally awesome! Maybe we'll do a sneak peek tomorrow...

The weekend stoner came to town

The world famous Roadburn Festival is here again and of course all tickets sold out long before, in fact they upped the price 150% over last year and they were still sold out in 15 minutes. Ah well, can't have it all. Thank god there's still the Little Devil tonight and Karma To Burn in a few weeks...

Only wanted to go through the old record collection looking for the Slayer albums, to get in the mood for tonights show. Not only Slayer, but back then everybody and their mother looked like douches. Well except Chuck Norris, he always has and always will be the epitome of manliness.

We had a great time at Speedfest last night. We didn't take a single picture however. Not that you'd want a picture of Dikke (Fat) Dennis anyway. Here's one film already on Youtube, from the local newspaper.

Next week; another Peter Pan Speedrock fueled rock party edition of "Speedfest" in Eindhoven Rock City. No more Trashers CC rods and kustoms however, just beer and music this time at the third stage.
The day after Speedfest will be for the Persistance Tour, which also features some great bands. Go check it out.
